If you have tumbled, lacquered Selenite, you can tell the difference by simply holding your stone. If it's warm to the touch, it’s real. Other materials will be cold to the touch until warmed by external forces like your hands.

How To Use

Selenite does not need to be charged. Many people believe that because of its salt composition that means it cannot come in contact with water. While you shouldn't submerse it for any length of time, Selenite can be carefully cleansed with water. It is not recommended to wear it as jewelry as its chemical composition can irritate your skin.
